Blake grew up in Dallas, TX and moved to Jackson, MS to attend Millsaps College. At Millsaps, he played Quarterback for the football team while earning his BBA and MBA in Business. After graduating he and his wife Mary Frances, a Lafayette native, moved to Houston, TX. In Houston, Blake worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant for a “big four” management consulting firm, and they were members of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. They chose Lafayette as the place to raise their family, moved here in 2006 and joined St. Barnabas. They have two children— Christian, a two-year old, and Amelie, a two-month old. Blake is now a Manager for Prejean Company where he advises small companies and serves in leadership positions such as President of Drake Offshore, LLC.

  Blake has served on the Stewardship committee for the past three years and is the interim parish Treasurer. “Since our first visit to St. Barnabas, we have felt at home. We are excited to raise our family in this church and want to contribute to this special community.”
